We permit returns if or when the incorrect product has been provided to you for download.
Returns need to be initiated within 48 hours of the product having been provided for download to you.
All returns need to be initiated by means of an email sent to orders@lifespire.co.za setting out the reason for the return as well as your order and contact details.
Once returned, and subject to a review of the order placed, you will receive a link to the correct product for download.
Please note that due to the nature of our products and services we do NOT, under any circumstances, offer exchanges or refunds.
